Return Policy
USA Domestic returns must be requested within 15 days of your order ship date for a refund. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to start the return process over. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.
Note: International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.
RETURN GUIDELINES
1. Returns must comply with the timeframe outlined above.
2. Product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
3. Include the original packing slip in your return package.
Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays (additional 8 business days from the first refund issued).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
EXCHANGES
The fastest and easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
