I'm Brittney, founder and designer of ISLA AUTUMN.
The name is pronounced [eye-luh] in case you were wondering.
Why did I name it ISLA AUTUMN?
Well...
I first heard of the name ISLA, from the actress Isla Fisher
(yes, the redhead from the Wedding Crashers) lol.
I thought it was such a pretty name, I want to name my future daughter that!
And then AUTUMN, is my middle name...so, my future daughter's name is to be Isla Autumn.
After that was established, I started down the road of entrepreneurship trying to figure out what business I can start so that I can exit the dreadful rat race sooner than later.
Then I latched onto the idea of crop tops.
I've always loved crop tops but the issue I always ran into, was that I could never find the right bra to wear with them...
I hated strapless bras because they never flattered my ta-ta's!...
...and going completely braless just wasn't an option for me because I prefer my nips to be covered!
So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and design my own crop top with its own built-in bra to hold the ta'ta's up and include bra inserts to prevent from nipping out.
Then ISLA AUTUMN was born (the brand not the baby lol)
I put lots of time and love into the design and hope you all love it as much as I do.
